Christians are New Testament Priests. As priests and Levites, we continually offer sacrifices. (2 Chr 31:2) But unlike the Bible days, we don’t slaughter animals and sprinkle blood. We sacrifice something far more better. (Heb 11:40)

(v45) “As a result, large crowds soon surrounded Jesus, and he couldn't publicly enter a town anywhere. He had to stay out in the secluded places.” (Mark 1:38-45)

Jesus had a plan and a goal: To preach in the synagogues and to perform miracles there. He wanted to go where the people were.
