"God blesses those who realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is given to them." (Mat 5:3 NLT)

Traditional spirituality can be debilitating. The Bible did not say that "God blesses the poor just because they are poor." But as it turned out, people have this idea that it is spiritual to be poor. And so it became: the poorer you are, the more spiritual you are.

Traditional knowledge: When you vent out anger, you would feel better afterwards.

Psychology says: You need an outlet, so go ahead and vent out.
